1. Oyun

"Alp: Bahar Işıkları Macerası" ("Oyun"), Mustafa Çebişli tarafından geliştirilen bir 3D macera oyunudur. Oyunu indirmek ücretsizdir. Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla oynamak için sana devredilemez, sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı veririz. Oyun App Store'dan indirildiyse Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.

2. İnternet

Reklamlar ve satın almalar için internet bağlantısı gerekir.

3. Firuze ve boncuk (oyun içi para)

• Firuze, App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satın alınabilen tüketilebilir bir oyun içi paradır. Oyunda kılık gibi sanal eşyalar almak için kullanılır.
• Boncuk oyun oynayarak kazanılır; oyunda belirtilen oranla Firuze'ye bozdurulabilir.
• Firuze ve boncuğun gerçek para değeri yoktur: gerçek paraya ya da başka bir ödemeye çevrilemez, oyuncular arasında aktarılamaz, satılamaz. Süresi dolmaz.
• Satın aldığın Firuze ve aldığın sanal eşyalar oyun kaydında tutulur. iPhone / iPad'de iCloud, Android'de Google yedeği açıksa oyunu silip yeniden kurduğunda ya da yeni cihazda ilerlemen ve Firuze bakiyen geri gelir; kapalıysa geri gelmeyebilir. Firuze tüketilebilir bir ürün olduğu için "satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri gelmez.

4. Ödemeler ve iadeler

Ödemeleri Apple ya da Google alır; ödemeler ve iadeler ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir. İade için satın aldığın mağazaya başvur (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: hesabındaki sipariş geçmişi). Kanundan doğan tüketici hakların saklıdır.

5. Reklam ödülleri

Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır. Ödül yalnızca reklam sonuna kadar izlenirse verilir. O an gösterilecek reklam yoksa ödül verilemeyebilir. Bazı tekliflerin günlük sınırı vardır.

6. Adil kullanım

Oyunu değiştirmek, hile yazılımı kullanmak, satın alma ya da reklam sistemini kötüye kullanmak yasaktır. Bu durumda haksız elde edilen oyun içi para ve eşyaları geri alabiliriz.

7. Fikrî mülkiyet

Oyunun karakterleri, çizimleri, modelleri, müziği, sesleri ve metinleri telif hakkıyla korunur; izinsiz kopyalanamaz ya da dağıtılamaz. Oyundaki masal ve mitoloji unsurları Türk kültüründen esinlenmiş özgün yorumlardır.

8. Sorumluluk

Oyunu özenle hazırlıyoruz ama her cihazda kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Oyunu güncelleyebilir, içeriğini değiştirebilir ya da yayından kaldırabiliriz. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur.

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 18, 2026 · Alp: Spring Lights Adventure

1. The Game

"Alp: Spring Lights Adventure" ("the Game") is a 3D adventure game developed by Mustafa Çebişli. The Game is free to download. We grant you a limited, non‑transferable right to play it for personal, non‑commercial purposes. If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) also applies.

2. Internet

An internet connection is required for ads and purchases.

3. Firuze and beads (in‑game currency)

• Firuze is a consumable in‑game currency that can be purchased through the App Store or Google Play. It is used to get virtual items such as costumes.
• Beads are earned by playing and can be exchanged for Firuze at the rate shown in the Game.
• Firuze and beads have no real‑money value: they cannot be exchanged for real money or any other payment, transferred between players, or sold. They don't expire.
• Purchased Firuze and the virtual items you get are kept in your game save. If iCloud (iPhone / iPad) or Google backup (Android) is on, your progress and Firuze balance come back when you reinstall the Game or move to a new device; if it is off, they may not. Because Firuze is a consumable product, it is not returned by "restore purchases".

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the store's rules, including refunds. To request a refund, contact the store you bought from (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: your account's order history). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Ad rewards

Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is given only if the ad is watched to the end. If no ad is available, the reward may not be given. Some offers have a daily limit.

6. Fair use

Modifying the Game, using cheats, or abusing the purchase or ad systems is not allowed. In that case we may remove in‑game currency and items obtained unfairly.

7. Intellectual property

The Game's characters, artwork, models, music, sounds and texts are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without permission. Folklore and mythology elements are original interpretations inspired by Turkish culture.

8. Liability

We build the Game with care, but we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or errors on every device. We may update the Game, change its content or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is".

9. Privacy

How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
